This one is bit more colourful... or bright..

Mainly red and green with hint of gold on this card plus Christmas sentiment - Whimsy Stamps special for Kit and Clowder Advent Calendar in 2017.

My last entry for team challenge at Alicia Bel's FB group and last image chosen by my son.

Did you heard about Cleopatra - Egiptian queen? I bet you did 😊.

Here's my card with Cleo The Egiptian  - beautiful image created by Alicia.

Image colored with Prismacolor pencils as usual 😊.

I used Regal Circle Doily from Tonic Studios and some foam pads to lift up fussy-cut image and part of doily.

Sentiment just 'asked' or I should say: 'screamed' to be use on this card LOL!

Today my entry to team challenge at Alicia Bel's FB group. We didn't make this challenge for ages now LOL (since some point last year I think).

As I had few images from Alicia already printed I asked my son (almost 7yo!) to choose which of them I should use.

His first choice: Cute Cactus.

Image colored with Prismacolor pencils as usual :)

2 patterned papers plus yellow and orange cardstock for layering, 'Life is Good' sentiment and my card is ready!

Unicorn for Libby

Hey Crafties!

Today - cooperative work - mine and my son.

Dom is going to birthday party next week. His friend Libby is a proper girly girl, so... lots of pinks and purples :).

Dom decided that Alicia Bel's unicorn will be perfect for Libby's birthday card. He also wanted lots of glitter on it :).

Dom used his pencils to colour the image. 

As glitter glue is not easy to apply, he needed a little bit of help here :)

Then we were checking papers, debating how to put them on card, then cutting them and sticking together with sticky tape :)

Dom didn't want any layering for sentiment, so we left it simple and white. He wanted more decoration, so we checked through gems, butterflies and ribbons and he decided pink bow will be great, he even cut the ribbon and stick the bow in perfect place :)

So...

We have card ready, now time to think about some nice gift :)

Bracelet or maybe pinky art piece or maybe both???

Challenge with Alicia

Hiya Crafties!!!

I should post it yesterday... unfortunately I had problems with net connection.. eh.. happens sometimes to all of us I think.

So straight to the point!

Last week Alicia Bel announced new team challenge in her FB group - Films. Interested to check cards already entered to this? Go to The Wonderful World of Alicia Bel :)

We need to use digis from film connected sections in Alicia's shop - lots to choose from, really :)

My choice? Feather fans.

Card? Here you go :)

Simple colouring, 3 patterned papers, lace, silver filigree ribbon and stamp with splash of silver glitter glue.

Cute Unicorn

Hiya peeps!

Today I have for you another card for challenge at Alicia Bel's FB group.

I decided to use for it image called Happy Unicorn.

Isn't he sweet?

My little unicorn is lightly pink with some light blue shades on his horn and wings, aquamarine eyes and kinda full rainbow on mane and tail. 

I added lots of rainbow glitter on image and sentiment, why not? He's magical animal :)

Mix of papers gave me nice amount of different textures - exactly what I wanted on this little project.

This cutie just asked for Summery card and that's what I did. Sea theme paper and lots of yellow cardstock plus few purple gems to match image colouring 😊.

Why making a card with her took me months?

I wanted my card kinda clean, easy, with shades of blue, turquoise...

Olimpic Challenge at The Wonderful World of Alicia Bel

This month challenge at Alicia's FB group gave me some thinking, really...

Normally we have 2 stamps to choose between, this time.. total freestyle if I can use that term :) We can use any of Alicia's digis basically.

I was browsing Alicia's digis few times before I decided which of them I want add to my digi collection and which of them I'll use on my new card (check Alicia's shop here:
 https://www.aliciabel.com/index.php).

After days of thinking I choose image called: Feather Fans (link here: https://www.aliciabel.com/index.php?id_product=3&controller=product&id_lang=1).

Simple colouring with pink and lavender pencils on fans plus green eyes and brown hair for this little sexy girl, 3 patterned papers in matching colours, all layered on gold mirri card plus few yuta flowers with gold gems, piece of rustic style ribbon and twine bow for finishing touch.

I like how this card turned out :)

Hairdresser or make up?

Hello crafty peeps!!!

Hairdresser or make up?

Very important question for girls isn't it?

We had to answer it when choosing image for new challenge at Alicia Bel's FB group.

I'm not a make up girl - had this done properly only once in my life  (years ago for prom ball 😊).

So for my card I choose stamp with hairdresser 😊.  Cute image - really.

Decided to play with pinks again as I want to give this card to my next door neighbour for her birthday 😊.

I was thinking hard about papers cause needed rather strong colours, combination which give a chance for Alicia's image to kind of 'walk out' from card, be seen...

Chosen papers I layered on silver mirri card and placed on card base in rather simple layout.

I cut out coloured with pencils image and layered it on pink cardstock and then on silver mirri. To place image on card I used foam pads to lift it up a bit. Also decided to use glitter glue on this little cutie to make her more shiny 😊.

My sentiment (created by Simonne Clay for Cardmaking & Papercraft Magazine) I cut in banner shape, shaded with pink pencil and layered on silver miri, also added bit of glitter glue on.

Hope Sarah (my neighbour) will like her Birthday card :)

'Drink or Food' Challenge

Hello, hello!!!

This month challenge at The Wonderful World of Alicia Bel FB group is a hard choice between card connected with food or card connected with drink.

Choice was very hard, I even asked my man what he could choose :) His answer was simple: Buy one for drink and one for food!

And that's what I did :) Bought two stamps :)

Today finally I  made my card... Perfect card for my Dad's Namesday :)

Oh yeah, what daughter I would be if I forgot about day like this?! So card for my Dad is ready to be send out :)

My dad is beer fan, so... choice was easy :)

Layout for today's card - cooperation between me and my almost 5 years old son :) Choice of papers - full approval from my son :) He perfectly knows what he wants for his Grandpa card :)

Image placed on padded foam for 3D effect, two tones creamy/brownish ribbon and gold sequins added for extra touch.

So... what do you think about my new creation friends?

Healthy lifestyle vs Cupcakes

Hello peeps!

I'm just in time with my card for this funny challenge :)

But all in order ...

About this challenge I heard from friend about 2 weeks ago if I'm not wrong.

So... I joined new group (check here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/187877358304468/ ) created by Alicia Bel who is very talented digi stamp designer (check her website:
http://www.aliciabel.com/index.php ).

Then I had to choose which of her stamps I want to use on my card which determined in which team I'll be for this challenge.

I'm massive fan of cupcakes so my choice was kind of easy :)

Isn't she a cutie?

I coloured her with shades of orange, brown and green - with pencils. Still too afraid to try with markers :) Maybe one day :)

Below finished card:

Decided to use one patterned paper and 2 bold coloured papers.

For sentiments I used 2 different stamps - one from BuzzCraft set 'Paws fur a Moment', one from Papermania. Ending result: cute card for Mum - for Mother's Day or Birthday :)
