'Drink or Food' Challenge

Hello, hello!!!

This month challenge at The Wonderful World of Alicia Bel FB group is a hard choice between card connected with food or card connected with drink.

Alicia created nice amount of great stamps we could use for this challenge, just check here: http://www.aliciabel.com/index.php?id_category=37&controller=category&id_lang=1

Choice was very hard, I even asked my man what he could choose :) His answer was simple: Buy one for drink and one for food!

And that's what I did :) Bought two stamps :)

Today finally I  made my card... Perfect card for my Dad's Namesday :)

Oh yeah, what daughter I would be if I forgot about day like this?! So card for my Dad is ready to be send out :)

My dad is beer fan, so... choice was easy :)

Layout for today's card - cooperation between me and my almost 5 years old son :) Choice of papers - full approval from my son :) He perfectly knows what he wants for his Grandpa card :)

Image placed on padded foam for 3D effect, two tones creamy/brownish ribbon and gold sequins added for extra touch.

So... what do you think about my new creation friends?

Till next post!

More peonies :)

Hiya Crafties!!!

Oh yes! More peonies!!!

Soon I'll be almost expert with colouring them :) Joking :)

Today another beautiful new image from Conie Fong Art & Design: Peonie Delight!!!

Believe it or not, I really like this one!

Combination of peonies and lilacs on image is just perfect for birthday card, thank you card, anniversary card... You can find this digi and many more in Conie's etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/ConieFongArt

As I'm bit addicted lately with pinks, blues, lavender and purples I decided to use all these colours on my new card. I coloured and cut out image and place it on card with foam tape for 3D effect.

For extra touches I added handcoloured die-cut butterfly and few purple gems.

Hope you like my new creation.

Till next post friends!

Peonies

Hello Friends!

I'm still practicing flower colouring. Not easy task when you have no idea how to shade flower petals, but long time ago someone said: Practice makes perfect ;)

Today's card I made for New Release at Conie Fong Art and Design.

Image: Peonies in a Jar.

I decided to use simple square layout with only two slightly patterned papers in blue and purple to match image I coloured with light purple and lavender pencils.

I delicately shaded sentiment with lavender pencil to softened it a bit.

For extra touch I add double coloured lace and die-cut little butterfly which I coloured with pencils blending blue, lavender and purple on it.

What do you think about this card my friends?

Till next post!!!

Little mermaid

This card was a challenge for me! Really!

It is not easy to make a card which suppose to be an INSPIRATION!

I'm not joking...

So... Little bit about my second DT card for Conie Fong Art & Design :)

I used cute image of mermaid called: Flowers on the Beach.

Like this image? You can have it from Conie's etsy shop, link to this beauty here: https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/266437213/digital-stamp-digi-stamp-digistamp?ref=shop_home_active_29.

For layers I used dark purple paper and rainbow coloured geometrical paper I found hidden deep in my stash :). Also decided to use Die'Sire Mini Victoriana die on one of layers to softened a bit whole card.

Choosing a sentiment wasn't easy part too :) I was between three different, but 'Follow your Dreams' kind of match image and my general idea of 'inspiration' part :). I add bit of colouring to the sentiment as you can see on pics above.
For colouring I used pencils, as always :)

Hope you like this card.

Till next post friends!

Time to shine

Hello all!

Today my latest card with All Dressed Up Digital Stamps cute image.

This little dancing beauty was waiting a bit for being used on card, I coloured her on beginning of March for '30 days colouring challenge' 😊.

Few days ago I finally found paper I wanted to use for this little project 😊.

I coloured her simply with few shades of orange, bit of yellow and green, then spent bit of time on looking for nice warm orange paper cause I already run out from this color paper in my stash 😊.

Layout - my son's favourite - with 'diamond' , 2 patterned papers and some gems for extra touch and card done.

Do you like it? My son does 😊.

Hi Crafties!!!

Today my dears - friendship card.

Sometime ago I played with stamps and kraft cards. After colouring with pencils images looked very nice, but we can say they were waiting a bit to be used 😊.

Today's card centrepiece is cute fairy friends image from Lili of the Valley.

I used kraft card for base and 3 patterned papers for layers.

Result below:

Do you like it?
I do 😊.

Use a ribbon! April Challenge

Hello!

Ladies and Gents today I'm writing about my first DT project for Conie Fong Art & Design.

April Challenge: Use a ribbon!

For my card I choose cute image called: 'Bella with Rose' and decided to use spring colours on her, so...
here she is:

For this card I used 2 patterned papers and 2 bold (green and yellow) papers. Sentiment was stamped twice - first time in green, second time bit higher in yellow to make an effect of shadowing and cut diagonally.

I added 2 yellow wooden flowers as extra touch.

My piece of ribbon I placed on image where Bella has her bow.

I love this cute teddy and I think she looks great coloured in grey.

Hope you like my little spring card.

Till next post friends!

Flower Ant

Hiya peeps!!!

I like to take part in Progressive Challenges in Sasayaki Glitter. Even if making a card take me a bit of time :)

This cute ant was waiting coloured by me for over week to be placed on card. I decided to make this card as colourful and cheerful as possible.

I had bit of thinking where to place sentiment and decided that wherever I place it, something will be missing, so... I die-cut little butterfly and coloured it and added just above ant's head :)

Image, butterfly and sentiment I stick to card on foam tape for kind of 3D effect.

I really like how my card turned out, how about you?

Till next post friends!
